After your website is complete, we will ask you to sign off the project. Once you have signed the project off, Askew Media will transfer all rights to the website over to you.
The following terms & conditions apply:
- Definitions: "We", "us" – Nissa Askew of Askew Media Web Design. "you" – the buyer of a Askew Media Website Package.
- When rights to the website have been transferred from us to you, the money-back guarantee will no longer be valid.
- In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our work;
- you will receive a full refund, minus a $125 administration fee.
- you will receive your money back as a check within 90 days of your claim.
- We will retain all rights to the work.
- Your refund is limited to the amount you paid for the Website Package.
- You may not use any of the work created by us, including (but not limited to) creative design, digital images and copywriting. We will retain all copyrights.
- Any physical products you have received from us must be mailed back to us at your cost.
- Accounts cancelled/terminated by Askew Media for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Askew Media will provide one free year of web hosting and domain name for new clients. The Web Hosting and Domain account includes the following:
- 750GB web space
- 7500GB monthly bandwidth Traffic
- Unlimited Email Accounts
- Unlimited MySQL Databases
- Ecommerce Support
The following terms and conditions apply:
- This offer is for one (1) free year of web hosting, $125 per year each year there after.
- Only one(1) free domain/web hosting offer per client. Extra web hosting space is discounted at $60 per year. Extra domain names are $10 per year.
